Job summary

TUNG LOK MILLENNIUM PTE LTD is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and uphold high hospitality standards for the front-of-house team.

The role involves leading staff, handling customer concerns promptly, maintaining cleanliness and cash handling during opening/closing, and reporting issues to management in a fast-paced F&B environment. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
