Job summary

SRI LOTUS CATERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable F&B supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide service staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service.

You will coordinate shifts, monitor performance, assist with inventory and admin tasks, and ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.

Qualifications

• No formal academic qualification required.
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Good knowledge of F&B service operations, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
