We are looking for a responsible and self-driven individual to be part of the Operations Management branch under the Transformation (TFN) department in the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). The successful candidate will be involved in the administration of (i) preschool subsidy schemes and/or (ii) preschool placement, to support families through affordable and quality preschool education.
You will work closely with preschools and key stakeholders to administer and process applications for infant/child care subsidies and the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS) in a timely manner. You will also play an important role in addressing subsidy-related feedback from preschools and parents as well as handle appeals.On the placement front, you will be responsible for managing preschool placement appeals, including matching children to available vacancies, engaging parents on placement options, and liaising with preschools to facilitate enrolment.You will also have opportunities to be involved in the department’s broader initiatives to develop efficient and effective processes and raise service delivery standards.If you are looking for a position that enables you to make a difference and contribute to the future of the early childhood sector, this is the job for you.
