The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children’s development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and childcare centres. The Sector Funding department in ECDA administers supply‑side funding schemes for government supported and non‑government supported preschool operators to increase access to quality and affordable early childhood care and education.
We are looking for a team player to join us. You will play a key role in designing and implementing supply‑side grant schemes for preschool operators. You will need to be meticulous to ensure compliance and accurate fund administration. You would also need to have good engagement and communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders including preschool operators and government agencies to achieve scheme outcomes.
