The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) is the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, jointly overseen by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). We oversee children's development below the age of seven across kindergartens and childcare centres, spanning quality standards, professional development, programme affordability, and early intervention services.You will be part of the Professional Learning & Pedagogy Excellence branch within Professional Development & Standards division and lead the Professional Learning unit which looks into the design, development and implementation of professional learning for Early Childhood (EC) and Early Intervention (EI) educators, strengthening their knowledge, skills, confidence and professional practice. The role combines professional learning expertise with people leadership, operational execution and strategic thinking to build a cohesive learning culture, translate organisational priorities and future directions into meaningful learning experiences for educators and improve their practice.
