Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to review subsidiaries' monthly financial accounts, coordinate month-end closing and tax filing activities.

The role involves variance analysis, cash flow monitoring, and providing accounting guidance to regional subsidiaries. The candidate will assist in preparing statutory financial statements, coordinating with external service providers, and supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure compliance with group policies

Responsibilities

• Review subsidiaries’ monthly financial accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate month-end closing and tax filing activities for subsidiaries.
• Conduct financial variance analysis and prepare management reports on key financial performance indicators.
• Monitor cash flow positions and capital requirements of subsidiaries and provide relevant updates to management.
• Provide accounting guidance and support to regional subsidiaries on financial reporting and accounting matters.
• Assist with the preparation and review of statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting service providers, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants.
• Support the Group’s annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure subsidiaries comply with Group accounting policies, guidelines and internal control requirements.
• Assist with other accounting and finance activities as required.
