You will prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, manage full-cycle accounting, monitor cash flow and working capital, and provide guidance on financial reporting to local and regional entities. The role collaborates with outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors.

Aufgaben

• Review subsidiaries’ monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax submissions, ensuring timely month-end closing and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare management reports and conduct financial and variance analysis.
• Manage full-cycle accounting activities and support the development of accounting team members.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital and funding requirements of subsidiaries.
• Provide accounting and financial reporting guidance to local and regional entities.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and related reporting.
• Coordinate with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax advisors.
• Support Group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, procedures and internal control frameworks.
• Assist with finance transformation, process improvement and other finance-related projects as required.
