Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior accounting professional to lead month-end closings, drive the group budgeting process, and ensure statutory compliance across subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to local teams and manage full-cycle accounting with strong governance. You will oversee reporting packages, coordinate with outsourced accountants and auditors, monitor cash flows, and mentor junior staff to strengthen technical proficiency and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Significant experience with month-end close and budgeting
• Strong leadership and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Review subsidiaries’ monthly accounts and tax filings
• Perform variance analysis and prepare management reports
• Manage full-cycle accounting and mentor team members
• Monitor cash flows and capital requirements
• Provide advisory on complex accounting issues
• Draft statutory financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with outsourced accountants, secretaries, auditors, and tax consultants
