WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accountant/Financial Controller to oversee the full set of accounts for its Philippine subsidiaries and Singapore entity in the West region of Singapore.

The role emphasizes month-end closing, variance analysis, and cash flow management while ensuring compliance with group accounting policies. The incumbent will collaborate with local teams, external auditors, and tax consultants, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and regional projects as required.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing full sets of accounts, financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Proven ability to perform variance analysis and prepare key financial reports.
• Strong cash flow management skills and adherence to group accounting policies.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior finance staff and working with external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full cycle of accounting for Philippine subsidiaries and the Singapore entity.
• Review monthly accounts, reporting packages, and tax filing documents for accuracy and timely closings.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare key management financial reports for decision-making.
• Draft statutory financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.
