Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee monthly financial accounts across subsidiaries, ensuring timely month-end close, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting.

You will analyse variances, manage end-to-end accounting activities, monitor cash flow and working capital, and coordinate group budgeting and financial planning with external advisors and auditors.

Qualifications

• Oversee the review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial accounts, reporting packages and tax submissions.
• Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and prepare management reports.
• Manage end-to-end accounting activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Monitor cash flow positions, working capital and capital requirements across subsidiaries.
• Provide accounting support and guidance to local and regional entities on reporting matters.
• Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing providers, company secretaries, external auditors and tax consultants.
• Coordinate Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor adherence to group accounting policies, procedures, controls and reporting guidelines.
• Participate in finance initiatives, process improvements and other projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements and related supporting schedules.
• Manage relationships with outsourced accounting providers, company secretaries, external auditors and tax consultants.
• Coordinate Group-wide budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor adherence to Group accounting policies, financial procedures, internal controls and reporting guidelines.
• Participate in finance-related initiatives, process improvements and other projects as assigned.
