Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a finance professional to manage month-end closing and deliver timely monthly financial and management reports for the group, including HQ reporting. You will review management accounts with variance analysis and commentary on P&L and Balance Sheet performance, coordinating with the Corporate Secretary on governance matters and board resolutions.

Responsibilities include year-end audits, GST, corporate income tax compliance in Singapore, liaising with auditors

• Manage month-end closing and prepare timely monthly financial and management reports, including HQ reporting.
• Review management accounts and provide variance analysis and commentary on P&L and Balance Sheet performance.
• Analyse financial trends and provide insights to support Management's decision‑making.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on Board Resolutions, corporate governance matters and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate year-end audit activities and ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Manage and coordinate GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing compliance in accordance with applicable Singapore requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and relevant stakeholders on financial, audit and tax matters.
• Support the maintenance of effective financial reporting and compliance processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analysis and other assignments as required by Management.
