Job summary

Atlaz seeks a hands-on Business Development Executive to identify potential customers within the ROV, subsea, marine and offshore sectors and help secure the company’s first customer collaboration or project.

The role focuses on new business development, with responsibilities that include supporting customer requirements, initial project coordination and basic marketing activities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–3 years of B2B sales or business-development experience within marine, offshore, subsea, robotics or technical equipment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers in the ROV, subsea, marine and offshore sectors.
• Map target companies and decision-makers across the markets.
• Generate new business leads through outreach, referrals, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Engage operators, contractors and service providers to introduce the company’s solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into suitable solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations; maintain the BD pipeline.
• Support early project development and assist with commercial discussions.
