Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the commercial launch of its ROV and subsea solutions in Singapore. You will identify genuine customers, develop opportunities, and help secure initial projects. This hands-on role blends business development, customer coordination and basic marketing support.

While not required to be expert in all three areas, you should have commercial exposure in the ROV, subsea, offshore or marine sectors and be prepared to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of BD or technical sales exposure.
• Experience in ROV/subsea industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers in the ROV/subsea market.
• Develop new business opportunities with operators, contractors and service companies.
• Identify decision-makers and initiate contact with prospects.
• Generate leads via market research, networking, referrals, cold outreach and events.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations and commercial discussions, and follow up on quotes.
