Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to drive revenue in the marine and offshore sectors. You will develop strategies, secure new opportunities, and manage end-to-end deals with shipowners, yards, and offshore operators.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a strong track record in hitting targets, and hands-on tender and contract negotiation skills. Willingness to travel locally and internationally is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience in marine industries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Experience in tender preparation, quotation management, contract negotiations.
• Good technical understanding of marine/offshore equipment, products, systems or services.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the marine, offshore, shipbuilding, and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, contractors, offshore operators and other stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, presentations, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions, commercial proposals, quotations, and contract documentation.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, revenue objectives, and business development goals.
• Other duties assigned by the Manager
