Job summary

Atlaz in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the commercial launch of its ROV and subsea solutions. You will identify genuine customers in the ROV and subsea market, develop new business opportunities, and help secure initial customer projects.

This hands-on role covers business development, customer coordination and basic marketing support. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to translate customer needs into proposals and participate in industry

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of business development, technical sales, commercial or customer-facing experience in ROV/subsea/offshore/marine domains.
• Able to identify potential customers and develop opportunities independently.
• Comfortable communicating with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and support responsibilities beyond pure sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers requiring ROV or subsea solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities with operators, contractors, shipowners and service companies.
• Identify decision-makers and establish direct contact with prospects.
• Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, referrals, and events.
• Arrange meetings, presentations and technical-commercial discussions with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate to suitable solutions with ENG/TECH teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Support negotiations to secure initial customer projects or product trials.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of leads, conversations and potential projects.
