Job summary

LG Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to verify and process subscription orders, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure accurate customer information, pricing, and documentation.

You will monitor order status through activation and renewal, serve as the primary contact for subscription inquiries, provide timely updates, manage the full subscription lifecycle, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in business administration, operations management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations coordination, customer service, or subscription management.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process subscription orders with accurate customer data, pricing, and docs.
• Coordinate with Internal Sales, B2B Sales, Call Centre, Service Teams, and Sales Agents to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor order status from submission to activation and completion, resolving discrepancies.
• Be the primary contact for subscription inquiries and operational coordination.
• Provide customers with updates on activation, maintenance, renewals, and service activities.
• Manage the subscription lifecycle including activation, maintenance scheduling, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance services per service agreements and ensure timely appointments.
• Maintain accurate subscription records and data integrity across systems.
• Support retention through proactive renewal follow-ups and engagement.
• Generate reports on order volume, activation, maintenance, renewal performance, and issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, commitments, and procedures.
