Job summary

LG Electronics Singapore is seeking a Service Parts Coordinator on a contract basis to support inventory and distribution operations for technicians and customers. You will help ensure parts availability and smooth service operations.

The role involves handling daily inventory transactions, cycle counts, and coordinating with service teams to meet urgent parts needs, while maintaining accurate records in the NERP/WMS system.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory / warehouse / parts operations
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory transactions including goods receipt, stock transfer, rental and picking, and stock adjustments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to Parts Manager.
• Ensure timely distribution of parts to service technicians, dealers, and customers.
• Work closely with service teams to ensure parts availability for repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory and distribution records in the NERP/WMS system.
