Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) at JLPT N1 or equivalent.
• Hands-on marketing across all media channels.
• Robust experience in subscription marketing.
• Brand‑driven with understanding of the digital software and media landscape.
• Strong business and strategic foresight with history of large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Ability to build strong relationships to communicate the platform message to partners.

Responsabilités

• Partner closely with Japanese business partners and internal stakeholders to support subscription growth initiatives, marketing campaigns, partnership launches, and ongoing performance management, requiring effective written and verbal communication in Japanese.
• Lead and implement marketing for partnerships to grow the subscription business and drive incremental media value; develop plans for partnerships in Japan, Korea and international markets.
• Work with partners to build effective go-to-market plans and seamless customer experience; align with Business Strategy and Planning and develop KPIs, analyze opportunities and measure results.
• Ensure a frictionless customer journey across all sign-up channels; lead all aspects of marketing planning from pre-launch to launch and sustain.
• Foster internal and external relationships to ensure smooth roll-out of partner launches and campaigns; communicate results to management concisely.
• Continuously refine standard processes to improve live and future partnerships and campaigns.
