JAC Recruitment Consultant in Singapore seeks a driven professional to lead operational improvements and new business initiatives for a leading Japanese-language media platform. The role covers improving workflows, cross-functional project leadership, and developing new services with B2B potential in Singapore.

Must have a track record of launching initiatives, a strong ownership mindset, and excellent Japanese and English communication to liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience launching or developing new business initiatives.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently set goals and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese (internal and external communications).
• Business-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress across editorial, web, and social media production teams.
• Improve operational workflows and internal processes.
• Develop systems to enhance service quality and delivery timelines.
• Lead cross-functional projects with multiple teams.
• Launch and grow new services and business initiatives beyond media, including B2B.
• Develop business plans, define KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Drive growth strategies and execution.
• Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders in Singapore.
• Collaborate with management on expansion opportunities.
