Job summary

Seatrium Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage subcontractors and ensure QA/SOP compliance across projects. You will liaise with internal departments and external sub-contractors, drive process improvements, and handle tender-related documents and cost reporting.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, plus hands-on experience with SAP and iSRP, and strong communication skills. Based at Seatrium's Singapore sites with islandwide transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and iSRP system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements and subcontracting business.
• Awareness of corporate compliance, labour policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with internal stakeholders and sub-contractors to ensure QA/SOP adherence.
• Leads improvement initiatives for processes, policies and procedures.
• Manages sub-contractor registration, revalidation, and performance.
• Prepares reports and bid analyses; negotiates terms with sub-contractors when needed.
• Coordinates subcontracting work across projects and reviews subcontractor applications.
