Job summary

A diploma or degree in engineering and at least one year of subcontracting experience is required. The position offers structured working hours and islandwide transport service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of subcontracting experience with basic production and/or engineering knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, local regulatory requirements, and subcontracting nature of business.
• Updated knowledge and understanding of corporate compliance, labor policies, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are observed.
• Liaise with internal department stakeholders and sub-contractors.
• Lead improvement initiatives for existing processes and policies.
• Maintain a reliable list of sub-contractors.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
