Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to manage subcontractors and ensure project compliance within SOPs and QPs. You will coordinate tenders, review invoices and progress, and liaise with internal departments to secure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires a degree in engineering and strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently within a team. Tuas Yard location, islandwide transport provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely deployment of resources.
• Screen, register and band subcontractors; liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Review invoices, progress claims and completion reports for subcontractors.
• Coordinate tenders, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with sponsorship/RS policies.
• Monitor recruitment of foreign workers and ensure housing and logistics meet guidelines.
• Prepare reports for management reviews and present performance updates.
