Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant construction/management field
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore contract conditions
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with MS Excel and AutoCAD; willingness to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Director/Manager and planning/engineering managers during sub-contract projects
• Submit progress claims, quotations and variation orders
• Monitor project progress; measure and value variations during sub-contract projects
• Finalize the project's final account
• Complete tasks assigned by head or director
