• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project.
• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress; measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period.
• Finalise project’s final account.
• Complete jobs given by the head or director.

REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCIES

• Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently and good mentor to the QS team. Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal skills and a team player Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCad and the ability to learn new specialist software
