Job summary

The candidate should hold a degree or diploma in relevant fields and be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with strong negotiation and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Projects & Facilities Management, Building, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong motivation, independence, and mentoring ability.
• Familiar with Singapore public and private contract conditions.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and Planning & Engineering managers across sub-contract projects.
• Submit progress claims, quotations and variation orders (VOs).
• Monitor project progress; measure and value variations; finalize final accounts.

Education

Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
