Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in relevant construction or quantity surveying field.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Support the Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project.
Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission.
Monitor and keep track of project progress; measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period.
Finalise project’s final account.
Complete jobs given by the head or director.
