Job summary

STRONG Pilates in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive membership sales across multiple channels. You will engage prospects, conduct studio tours, and tailor memberships to individual fitness goals.

You will also deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage bookings and payments, and support brand activation events to generate new sales opportunities.

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (50%)

Membership sales are the core focus of this role. You'll proactively engage prospective clients, build meaningful relationships, and confidently recommend memberships and class packs that best suit their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively convert walk-in enquiries, trial attendees and leads into paying members.
• Conduct personalised studio tours and consultations, identifying each client's fitness goals and recommending the most suitable membership.
• Drive membership sales through consultative selling and tailored recommendations.
• Take ownership of all sales leads by following up promptly via phone, WhatsApp and email to maximise conversion.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage renewals, referrals and membership upgrades.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across memberships, retail and promotions.
• Reactivate inactive members and follow up with lapsed clients where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve individual and studio sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales records.
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to improve sales strategies, conversion rates and studio performance.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (25%)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage bookings, check-ins and payment processing.
• Assist members with account enquiries, membership renewals and package recommendations.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
• Maintain expert knowledge of memberships, pricing, promotions, class schedules and studio policies.
• Represent the STRONG Pilates brand confidently and professionally.

STUDIO OPERATIONS (15%)

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio while maintaining our premium studio experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, studios, changing rooms and common areas.
• Complete daily operational checklists.
• Restock studio amenities and notify the Studio Manager when supplies are running low.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory management.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as required.

COMMUNITY & BRAND ACTIVATION (10%)

Support initiatives that strengthen the STRONG Pilates community while generating new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support studio events, open houses and brand activations.
• Welcome and engage event attendees.
• Generate leads and promote memberships during community events.
• Capture content for social media where required.
• Assist with event setup and pack down.
• Deliver a premium guest experience at every event.
