Job summary

ViFit, a Singapore-based platform connecting the Pilates community, is seeking a hands-on Studio Operations lead to keep all ViFit studios running smoothly and to grow our portfolio. You’ll own day-to-day studio management, nurture instructors, scout new locations, and help tell the ViFit story to the wider Pilates community.

You’ll work closely with the founders, enjoy flexible hours, and contribute to business growth by optimizing operations and expanding the studio network in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, studio/gym management, hospitality or similar customer-facing environment.
• Natural organiser who can juggle multiple locations and moving parts without losing track of details.
• Warm, confident communicator who can build rapport with instructors, members, landlords and partners alike.
• Self-starter comfortable with working independently, making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Commercial instinct — you notice what drives bookings and costs, and you like finding ways to improve both.
• Comfortable with everyday digital tools (booking systems, spreadsheets, social media).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of all ViFit studios, ensuring spaces are clean, well-equipped, safe and ready for each session.
• Manage equipment maintenance, supplies, vendors and facilities issues; be the go-to person when something needs fixing.
• Handle member and instructor queries, feedback and booking issues, resolving them quickly and warmly.
• Track studio utilisation, costs and performance, and suggest ways to improve them.
• Recruit, onboard and build relationships with new Pilates instructors who share our standards and values.
• Coordinate instructor schedules and studio availability across all locations, keeping the calendar full and conflict-free.
• Be the main point of contact for instructors — supporting them and helping them succeed on the ViFit platform.
• Research and scout potential new studio spaces across Singapore, including site visits and initial conversations with landlords and agents.
• Assess locations on footfall, accessibility, cost and fit with ViFit concepts, and put together clear recommendations for founders.
• Support the fit-out and launch of new studios from signing to opening day.
• Support marketing campaigns, launches and promotions across social media, the website and on-site.
• Help create content that showcases our studios, instructors and community.
• Represent ViFit at events, partnerships and community activities to grow awareness and bookings.

ViFit is a Singapore-based platform connecting the Pilates community — enthusiasts, instructors and studios — through seamless booking and management tools. Alongside the platform, we own and run a growing portfolio of studios: our premium ViFit Signature studios and our accessible ViFit Lite studio. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone to help run the studios we have and shape the ones we open next.

The role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the centre of everything that happens in our studios. You’ll keep our spaces running smoothly day to day, build and nurture our community of instructors, scout the locations that will become our next studios, and help tell the ViFit story to the wider Pilates community. You’ll work directly with the founders and have real say in how the studio business grows.

We work on flexible hours. You’ll be measured on how well the studios run and how the business grows, not on when you’re at a desk — though some evening and weekend presence at the studios will be part of the rhythm, as that’s when they’re busiest.

• Support marketing campaigns, launches and promotions (such as new studio openings and class offers) across social media, the website and on-site.
• Help create content that showcases our studios, instructors and community.
• Represent ViFit at events, partnerships and community activities to grow awareness and bookings.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in operations, studio/gym management, hospitality, retail or a similar customer-facing environment. Experience in fitness, wellness or Pilates is a strong plus.
