A YOGA PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time coordinator to manage studio operations and assist sales in a yoga studio located in Raffles Place CBD, Singapore. You will greet customers, handle follow-ups, and keep the studio clean and organized to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role involves using Mindbody for bookings and client records, with flexible hours to fit a busy wellness environment. Prior experience in fitness or customer service is preferred.

• Experience with Mindbody software to manage bookings and client information.
• Background in fitness, wellness, or customer service to better understand client needs and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable manner to enhance their experience

• Use online systems efficiently to organize schedules and studio operations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members to support sales and service activities
