Job summary

ViFit in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Studio Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day studio functioning, recruit and coordinate instructors, and scout new spaces for expansion. You’ll work closely with the founders to shape the studio portfolio and ensure smooth operations across locations.

We value a warm, confident communicator who can manage multiple sites, liaise with landlords and partners, and keep studios running at peak performance while supporting marketing and community activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations or studio/gym management experience.
• Experience in fitness or Pilates is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ViFit studios.
• Manage equipment, supplies, vendors and facilities issues.
• Handle member and instructor queries with warmth and efficiency.
• Track studio utilisation, costs and performance and suggest improvements.
• Recruit, onboard and build relationships with instructors.
• Coordinate instructor schedules and studio availability across locations.
• Support expansion by scouting new studio spaces and preparing recommendations.
• Assist marketing campaigns, launches and promotions across channels.
