Job summary

PILATES FITNESS (PTE. LTD.) is seeking an intern to elevate client touchpoints while owning daily studio operations and customer interactions. You will redesign booking workflows, launch retention initiatives, and build communication systems that are actually used.

This role offers autonomy, a supportive team, and real impact in a premium wellness environment. Ideal candidates are tertiary students with admin or customer service experience, capable of working 3+ days a week in a weekday

Qualifications

• 1+ year administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Willingness to commit 9 months and work 3+ days per week.
• Excellent written and phone communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Manage online bookings and studio operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop and implement client communication systems.
• Build portfolio-worthy projects demonstrating impact.
