Job summary

Pilatique Singapore is seeking a Studio Coordinator to manage client experience, sales and daily studio operations across our Gemmill Lane, Centrium Square and Bukit Timah Plaza locations.

You will handle client enquiries, bookings, payments, follow-ups and reporting, coordinate with instructors, and help optimise studio utilisation while maintaining a warm, professional client journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings.
• Comfortable explaining pricing and services to clients.
• Willing to work afternoon/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins.
• Guide prospects to appropriate first session or service.
• Follow up with undecided leads and explain packages.
• Maintain accurate lead, booking and follow-up records.
• Coordinate schedule changes with instructors.
• Handle front-desk tasks: check-ins, payments and reservations.
• Support studio operations, reporting and administration.
• Assist with promotions, events and client retention.
