Job summary

USURE PILATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Front Desk & Studio Operations Executive. You will greet clients, handle bookings, payments and inquiries, and support daily studio functions to ensure a welcoming, smooth-running environment.

With a focus on service excellence, you will coordinate class schedules, assist with promotions and events, and liaise with instructors. Mandarin-speaking ability is welcomed to assist clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays per roster.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a professional front-desk experience.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins.
• Manage class bookings, cancellations, waitlists, and client accounts accurately.
