Job summary

hr sg pte. ltd. is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of a dance education studio in Singapore. You will ensure excellent customer experience, oversee programme delivery, and drive enrolment and retention through strategic initiatives.

You will be the main liaison for families, instructors, and external partners, coordinating schedules, registrations, billing, and events while maintaining a safe, welcoming studio environment and strong financial processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Arts Management, Education, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with administrative management systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in dance, performing arts, education, or enrichment industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the studio and ensure smooth running of programmes.
• Coordinate class schedules, room allocations, and teacher timetables.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, enrolments, and billing.
• Coordinate registrations for performances, competitions, examinations, and studio events.
• Ensure studio policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
• Foster effective communication between management, teaching staff, and families.
• Support teachers with scheduling, classroom resources, and administrative needs.
• Monitor invoices, payments, and billing communications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming studio environment.
