Job summary

SmartFit Pilates in Singapore seeks a results-driven Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver a premium client experience. You will lead front desk and a small team of coordinators, coordinating class schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive and people-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving skills, capable of maintaining a boutique, customer-focused environment across both studios.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of SmartFit Pilates.

SmartFit Pilates is a member of PilatesConnect, an ecosystem of Singapore’s leading Pilates and wellness brands united by the belief that expert-guided movement and wellness practices can transform lives at every age. The Role

As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the studio while delivering a good experience for our clients and instructors.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally lead and manage front desk and operational responsibilities with a small team of full-time or part-time studio coordinators.

Our ideal candidate is organised, ateam-player, has a strong sense of initiative and responsibility,people-oriented and enjoys solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front DeskOperations

• Ensure effective contact with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a personalised, boutique customer experience.
• Assist clients with bookings, scheduling, package purchases and account enquiries.
• Follow up with new clients and ensure they have a positive onboarding experience.
• Monitor and facilitate the entire client journey from first enquiry through long-term retention
• Handle client feedback, concerns and service recovery when required.

Scheduling & Studio Operations

• Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, leave requests and replacement arrangements.
• Optimise studio utilisation and scheduling to balance client preferences, instructor availability and studio capacity.
• Coordinate instructor handovers and client cover arrangements.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across both studios including ensuring a clean, organised, well-stocked and premium studio environment
• Oversee inventory, procurement and studio maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners and service providers.

Team Leadership

• Train and supervise studio coordinators.
• Ensure service standards are consistently applied in all studios.
• Foster a positive, professional and client-focused culture.
