Job summary

Focus Movement Pte Ltd is seeking a Front Desk & Client Experience Executive to join our Pilates and physiotherapy studios at Raffles Place and Malacca Centre. This full-time role greets clients, manages bookings, and coordinates with therapists for smooth sessions.

You’ll handle inquiries, guide clients through intro packages and help maintain a premium studio environment. We value friendly, organised individuals who can work a 5-6 day week, including some weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role: hospitality, fitness, clinic, retail or similar.
• Clear, confident communicator in English, in person and in writing.
• Able to work a 5-6 day week on a rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face and first voice of Focus Movement at both studios: greet clients and check them in.
• Run MindBody bookings, waitlists, payments, packages and schedule changes (training provided).
• Handle enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp with a warm, professional touch.
• Guide new clients through introductory packages and help them find the right class or therapist.
• Coordinate with therapists and instructors to ensure sessions start on time.
• Maintain premium studio appearance and stock amenities.
• Support Polestar instructor training courses on weekends, from registration to visitor support.
• Identify issues and communicate ideas to improve operations.

Job description

Focus Movement is a clinical Pilates and physiotherapy studio in the heart of Raffles Place, with over 20 years of expertise in movement-based rehabilitation. We're the Singapore host studio for Polestar Pilates, the internationally recognised instructor training programme, and our team of physiotherapists and Pilates instructors work side by side to help clients recover, get stronger and move well for life.

We've just opened our second studio, right next door at Malacca Centre, dedicated to private sessions and physiotherapy. Two studios means more clients, more sessions and more moving parts, and we need one more great person at the front of house to hold it all together.

This is the role for you if you like being the person everyone is glad to see when they walk in, you're calm when three things happen at once, and you'd rather work somewhere that invests in your health than somewhere that just talks about it.

What you'll do

• Be the first face and first voice of Focus Movement across both studios: greeting clients, checking them in, and making every visit feel personal
• Run the day on MindBody: class and appointment bookings, waitlists, payments, packages and schedule changes (full training provided)
• Handle enquiries over email, phone and WhatsApp with a warm, quick, professional touch, and turn first-time enquiries into first-time visits
• Guide new clients through our introductory packages and help them find the right class, instructor or physiotherapist
• Coordinate closely with our physiotherapists and instructors so sessions start on time and clients are never left waiting
• Keep the studios looking and feeling premium: opening and closing routines, tidy studio floors, fresh towels and well-stocked amenities
• Support our Polestar instructor training courses on course weekends, from registering trainees to looking after visiting educators
• Spot what's not working and tell us. We run lean and we act on good ideas fast

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role: hospitality, fitness, clinic, retail or similar. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
• Genuinely warm and unflappable. You remember names, notice when someone's having a rough day, and stay composed when the schedule shifts
• Organised and reliable: you follow through, you don't drop things, and you're comfortable owning the day-to-day running of a busy studio
• Clear, confident communicator in English, in person and in writing. An additional language is a plus with our diverse client base
• Comfortable with booking software and the Google Workspace tools. MindBody experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• An interest in Pilates, movement or wellness. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be curious
• Able to work a 5-6 day week on a rotating roster, including weekends and some public holidays
