Job summary

SmartFit Pilates is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of two boutique studios in Singapore and to deliver a premium experience to clients and instructors. You will lead front desk and operational responsibilities with a small team of coordinators, ensuring scheduling, onboarding and client journeys are seamless.

Collaborate with instructors to manage schedules, maintain a well-stocked premium environment, and drive client retention.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong initiative.
• People-oriented with a focus on delivering premium client experiences.
• Comfortable leading a small team and coordinating front desk operations.
• Excellent communication across channels (phone, email, messages).

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective contact with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and in-person enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a personalised, boutique customer experience.
• Assist clients with bookings, scheduling, package purchases and account enquiries.
• Follow up with new clients and ensure they have a positive onboarding experience.
• Monitor and facilitate the entire client journey from first enquiry through long-term retention.
• Handle client feedback, concerns and service recovery when required.
• Work closely with instructors to manage their schedules, leave requests and replacement arrangements.
• Optimise studio utilisation and scheduling to balance client preferences, instructor availability and studio capacity.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across both studios including ensuring a clean, organised, well-stocked and premium studio environment.
• Train and supervise studio coordinators.
