Job summary

SmartFit Pilates in Singapore seeks a results-driven Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver a premium client experience. You will lead front desk and a small team of coordinators, coordinating class schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates are organised, proactive and people-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving skills, capable of maintaining a boutique, customer-focused environment across both studios.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and client communications via phone, email, WhatsApp and in person.
• Provide personalised, boutique client experience and onboarding.
• Support bookings, scheduling, and account enquiries.
• Coordinate instructor schedules, leave and replacement arrangements.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked, premium studio environment.
• Oversee inventory, procurement and vendor coordination.
• Lead and train studio coordinators; maintain service standards.
