Job summary

Jal Yoga is seeking a dedicated Studio Manager to own the Katong studio in Singapore. You will drive sales, manage leads, ensure an excellent member experience, and uphold the studio’s environment and reputation.

This on-site role requires owning the day-to-day operations across enrolment, class prep, and guest engagement while coordinating with a Customer Care Executive. Hours are on-site daily from 12:00pm to 9:00pm with one weekday off per week; you’ll be accountable for performance,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in leads management and sales reporting, with discipline to track and report performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: respond to new leads promptly, log and track leads, and convert to trials or mark as unconverted.
• Drive sales and conversion: explain packages, pricing, and promotions; achieve monthly targets; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Sales reporting: maintain up-to-date records of leads, trials, conversions; provide regular management reports; flag dips early.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care Executive to manage enrolment support, class prep, walk-ins, and admin.
• Enhance member experience: build rapport, handle questions, and follow up with disengaged members to support retention.
• Maintain studio environment: ensure cleanliness, check equipment, and manage stock and supplies.
• Respond to inquiries promptly across channels; monitor communications during operating hours.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly through proper channels.
