Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated student welfare facilitator to support primary school students during school hours in Singapore.

You will supervise recess, monitor behaviour, de-escalate conflicts and provide restorative guidance to help students manage challenging situations.

The role involves individual well-being check-ins, liaison with teachers and parents, running the Ke-nect Hub activities, and creating a safe, caring environment that promotes student development and reintegration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Experience with primary school-aged children is advantageous.
• Experience in student management, wellbeing, pastoral care or counselling preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate and conduct restorative conversations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage students during recess, monitor behaviour and conflicts.
• Provide behavioural intervention, emotional support and restorative guidance.
• Conduct individual student check-ins and coordinate with teachers/parents.
• Supervise detention and reflection sessions and support reintegration into learning.
• Manage Ke-nect Hub and organise student activities; maintain a safe environment.
