Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with primary school children.
• Background in student management or well-being.
• Experience in counselling or restorative conversations is advantageous.
• Able to de-escalate challenging behaviours calmly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patient, firm yet caring approach.
