WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Support Assistant (Discipline) to assist the Student Development Team in maintaining a safe school environment and supporting daily operations.

You will supervise areas, oversee disciplinary activities, support incident management, help run school events, and uphold professional boundaries while employing restorative approaches with students.

Aufgaben

• Perform area supervision and walkabouts during stipulated hours to proactively manage student behaviour.
• Assemble and supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g., detention, reflection sessions, and community service), ensuring an orderly and meaningful environment.
• Assist Key Personnel in incident management by conducting preliminary conversations and compiling relevant school records.
• Assist with the facilitation of school events and student development programmes as required.
• Maintain firm professional boundaries and employ a supportive, restorative approach in all interactions with students.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the School Leaders or Key Personnel during stipulated working hours.

The Student Support Assistants (Discipline) shall assist the Student Development Team in managing student behaviour, supporting daily operations, and maintaining a safe school environment through the following duties:

1. Perform area supervision and walkabouts during stipulated hours to proactively manage student behaviour.
2. Assemble and supervise students during assigned consequences (e.g., detention, reflection sessions, and community service), ensuring an orderly and meaningful environment.
3. Assist Key Personnel in incident management by conducting preliminary conversations and compiling relevant school records.
