Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Student Management role to support the Discipline team with student discipline management, house visits with school personnel, and follow-up with parents.

You will manage students under in-school suspension, missing students and meltdowns, and patrol premises to ensure orderliness. Additionally, you will assist in case management for at-risk students, conduct investigations (e.g., statements and CCTV reviews), and participate in staff briefings and

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline
• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up contact with parents
• Manage students under in-school suspension, missing students and meltdown etc
• Patrol the school premises to ensure student orderliness including routine traffic and canteen duties; free play areas and out of school (neighbouring blocks and playgrounds)
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management (e.g. take statement from students, review CCTV footage) and prepare incident report
• Conduct spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair
• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support
• Participate in student management meetings
• Guide school staff to conduct investigations and manage student incidents/discipline
• Any other ad-hoc duties that work to support the development of at-risk students as assigned by the Authorithy.
