Job summary

Dynamic Safety PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated staff to supervise and engage students across school activities. The role involves walkabouts, detention supervision, incident discussions, and supporting event and development programmes.

Candidates should hold GCE O-Levels with English or a full Nitec, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable setting firm, but empathetic boundaries with students. SPF alumni are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 GCE O-Level passes, including English, or a full Nitec qualification or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain firm but patient boundaries with students.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in student engagement and management in a primary school.
• Former Singapore Police Force officers and those who completed NS with the SPF are welcome to apply.
