ASPIRE HUB EDUCATION CENTRE @ BEDOK MALL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused front desk professional to welcome students, parents, and visitors. You will handle inquiries, registrations, and payments with precision, and promote the center’s values.

The role requires a 1 PM–10 PM weekday schedule and 10 AM–8 PM on weekends, with flexibility. You will support daily operations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or administration preferred.
• Strong communication and empathetic interaction with customers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
• Handle enquiries, registrations, and payments with accuracy.
• Provide proactive problem solving and issue resolution.
• Assist day-to-day operations and branch administration.
• Promote Aspire Hub’s mission and values as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and payments.
