MAVIS TUTORIAL CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Customer Service Officer. You will be the first contact for existing and prospective students, handling registrations, payments and enquiries with a professional, service-minded approach.

Join a supportive team focused on customer satisfaction, programme promotion, and accurate record-keeping. Weekend availability and strong communication skills are highly valued in this frontline role. Onboarding and training provided.

Qualifications

Minimum N Level; preferably weekend availability.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Positive, self-driven, independent with a service mindset.
Ability to handle inquiries and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
Actively promote programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
Work towards sales targets and maximise retention.
Handle enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain files for auditing.
Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
