Job summary

psb academy pte. ltd. seeks a Lead Student Life Engagement & Operations to shape a vibrant student community. You will mentor student leaders, coordinate clubs and chapters, and drive inclusive activities that boost wellbeing and retention.

You will also oversee publicity, insurance administration, partnerships and the student life team, ensuring high-quality programmes and compliant operations aligned with institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
• Strong event management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willing to work after 6pm and on weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead student life engagement events and activities for an engaged and inclusive community.
• Plan, organise and evaluate a calendar of student engagement and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with schools and units to align initiatives with institutional goals.
• Recruit, develop and succession-plan student leaders and clubs.
• Oversee publicity, communications and administration for student engagement.
• Manage student life insurance administration and provider relationships.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external organisations.
• Lead, coach and develop the student life and engagement team; manage budgets and KPIs.
• Prepare reports on engagement, participation and programme outcomes.
