Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking a Student Life Academy & Alumni Relations Coordinator to drive student development and alumni engagement initiatives. You will manage student clubs and CCAs, mentor leaders, plan programmes, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, programme coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students and partners.
• Interest in mentoring and youth leadership development.
• Good organisational and project management skills, handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Power BI or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Passion for student development, leadership cultivation, community engagement, and alumni relations.

Responsibilities

• Support SLAR in delivering student development and alumni engagement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor student clubs and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs).
• Coordinate programmes, workshops, and leadership training.
• Support alumni engagement including networking events and outreach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful programmes.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, procurement, and admin.
• Collect, maintain and analyse programme data and assist reports.
• Support departmental projects while managing multiple priorities.
