Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Senior role in Student Life & Engagement in Singapore.

The position leads student life and engagement initiatives, mentors student leaders and collaborates with internal schools and business units to support student success and wellbeing. The role also covers communications, partnerships and operations, including budgeting, KPI reporting and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in Private Education Industry would be an advantage.

• Salary $4,000 - $5,500
• Working Day: 5 days
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
• Location:Central (Relocating to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027)

Responsibilities

Student Life & Engagement

• Manage and mentor student leaders, clubs and chapters to foster an engaged and inclusive student community.
• Plan and evaluate student engagement activities, appreciation events, academic enrichment workshops and community initiatives.
• Lead the recruitment, development and succession planning of student leaders, clubs and chapters.
• Collaborate with Schools and Business Units to support student success, wellbeing and retention.

Communications & Partnerships

• Manage student communications across social media, e-newsletters, campus publicity and student life channels.
• Build partnerships with internal teams and external organisations to support volunteering, networking, community engagement and experiential learning.
• Analyse student participation and satisfaction data to evaluate programmes and identify improvements.

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee student mobility, student medical insurance, student life resources and related operational matters.
• Lead, coach and develop the Student Life & Engagement team.
• Develop operational plans, budgets and KPIs, and prepare management reports and strategic updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies relating to event management, safety, risk management and governance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of managerial experience

• Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage
