Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Services Coordinator to manage the full student journey from enrolment to graduation and to act as the primary point of contact for students and academic partners, ensuring smooth programme delivery.

The role involves orienting new students, handling enrolments and invoicing, tracking attendance, coordinating with partners, supporting events, and assisting with transfers and deferments across channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run student orientation; manage student system accounts, enrolment, and deactivations
• Advise students on academic pathways; ensure accurate module enrolment each term
• Issue course invoices and monitor payment; assign tutorial groups; monitor student pass validity
• Track attendance and follow up on low-attendance cases; conduct regular class visits
• Liaise with academic partners on administrative matters and payments; coordinate Staff-Student Liaison meetings
• Coordinate reassessment schedules with the examinations team
• Ensure End-of-Course Evaluations are completed; update records and process pass cancellations for graduates
• Support graduation ceremonies and open house events
• Counsel students on deferment, withdrawal, and programme transfers; handle student enquiries across all channels
• Support other ad-hoc duties as needed
